Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@norvaire.com and provide your order number (as shown in your confirmation email or paper invoice).

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

 

 


 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all tags and liners attached

Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage may be refused.

 

 


 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of our error (for example, if the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged).

Please note that delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control and do not qualify as valid grounds for a return.

For bundled purchases, all items included in the bundle must be returned together. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or variant, we will cover the return shipping costs. You must contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to report the issue.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue.

 

 


 

Exchanges

To receive a different item, please return the original item following the return procedure. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

 

 


 

Refunds

After we receive your return package, we will inspect it within 2–4 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued within that timeframe.

Once processed, funds typically appear no later than within 10 business days from the day we receive your return package, depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@norvaire.com
